With experience in supporting clients to manage anxiety, family conflict and overwhelm, Natasha brings a warm and empathetic approach to her work. 

Natasha trained as a lawyer and is in the process of completing her Masters in Counselling Psychology.  She has worked with the non-profit adoption agency, Sunrise Family Services Society, since 2002 and held the position of Executive Director for the past 12 years.  She has a wealth of experience supporting adoptive parents, birth parents, and adopted children.

Natasha is the mother to four teenage children. She brings an understanding, empathic, and non-judgmental approach to counselling.  She believes in the importance of connection and healing through relationships.  

Natasha uses practical strategies to encourage individuals to find resilience and hope in challenging circumstances.
