  • Your counsellor will ask questions about your current situation, your relationship with the person that needs care, and the challenges or stressors you may be facing. You will also be provided with resources and education on caregiving options.

    In addition, we will discuss the goals of therapy and the specific needs and concerns of the family and caregiver. This may involve exploring coping strategies, stress management techniques, and self-care practices that can help manage the caregiver and family's emotional wellbeing.
