Helping young professionals navigate stress, transitions, and relationships from a grounded, personalized approach.
Sarah is currently pursuing her Master of Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She brings a calm, warm, and non judgmental presence to her work and is passionate about creating a safe space where clients feel respected and understood.
Before pursuing a career in counselling, Sarah spent over a decade working in the business world, including running her own company. Her background has given her a firsthand understanding of high-pressure environments, demanding workloads, and the challenges of maintaining balance and well-being in fast-paced settings.
Sarah understands that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and she approaches each session with empathy, curiosity, and care. She believes that healing begins in relationship—and that, with the right support, people can reconnect with their values, uncover new possibilities, and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust. She works with individuals experiencing uncertainty about the future, interpersonal challenges, relationship issues, career and life transitions, and the stress of high-pressure environments.

when I accept myself just as I am,

Sarah helps with …
-
Stress, Anxiety, and Overwhelm
Many people believe they "should" feel fine, yet anxiety is often reaching a boiling point.
-
Improving Relationships
Our health is directly influenced by the relationships we have with others, our careers, and ourselves.
-
Life Transitions
When we're faced with significant changes, we often feel a loss of control. This loss can be disorienting and anxiety-inducing.
Counselling is for everyone. We do not want financial challenges to be a barrier to your mental health.
At Watermark Counselling Co. we believe that mental health is foundational to all other areas of life. We have implemented our internship program for this reason, to provide the same high standard of care, at a reduced rate.
If you're feeling lost, overwhelmed, or stuck, Simone is here to help you organize thoughts, better understand your blind spots and relational patterns and help find the best way forward.
