When emotions feel overwhelming, relationships become difficult, or life feels off track, it can be hard to know where to begin.

Sarah helps clients navigate difficult emotions, build on their strengths, and respond more effectively to life's challenges.

Sarah brings a calm, warm, and non-judgmental presence to her work. She understands that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable and values creating a space where clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and understood.

Many of the people Sarah works with find themselves overwhelmed by emotions, struggling in important relationships, reacting in ways they later regret, or feeling frustrated by patterns that continue to repeat despite their best efforts. Often, they know something is not working, but feel unsure how to move forward.

Through counselling, Sarah supports clients in navigating difficult emotions, strengthening relationships, and creating meaningful change. She works collaboratively with clients to build on their existing strengths while developing new ways of responding to life's challenges.

Before becoming a counsellor, Sarah spent over a decade in the business world, including running her own company. This experience shaped her understanding of responsibility, uncertainty, setbacks, and the challenges that can arise while trying to create a life that feels meaningful and aligned with who you want to be.

Sarah strives to create a space where clients can show up as they are—without feeling judged, pressured, or expected to have everything figured out. Her approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative, balancing support, curiosity, and practical strategies for change.
